I found this company to be very unsatisfactory. When given quote was told he had taken pictures to send to his employees so they would know what to do: told he would be there when they start: told they would be here at 9 am; intimated everything would be ground up. Came at 10:10without him no pictures and ground up very little and may of logs over3 feet long. How do you split them??

I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. Again the staff at this location continues to amaze me with the great service and welcoming counter attitude. I have been going there for many years and feel like one of the guys. The owner is awesome. I just love this place. Only thing missing is fresh baking ???
