    As a ski instruct...

    As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional. My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

    Came in to the em...

    Came in to the emerge for stitches and the nurses who helped us were very rude and seemed annoyed to have us. The doctor we had was rude to me while I was the one who drove my friend in to get stitches. Have come here twice so far and each time has been like this. Will never return and would rather put my life at risk to take more time to go to another hospital. Brutal Service.
