Joseph issued a Safety Certificate even though the passenger window would not open. I live about 1 1/2 hour away so Joseph suggested I get my local mechanic to fix the window and he would pay for it. It is very funny how some people decide to tell fabricated stories. We have been in business for 50 years and have thousands of customers that would grossly disagree with you. Conveniently you left out a few important facts. One being you bought a $3000 car that is 16 years old. When we certified the vehicle, the window was operating fine and must have malfunctioned after. I told you we would look at it and fix it but you refused saying you were in a rush and had no time and were too far.
