    Called to arrange for an estimate and perhaps some recommendations for the industrial carpet, spoke to person "Barry", who treated me with rudeness and familiarity that was unacceptable. If the business is indeed family owned, I do not want to imagine the rest of the family. Will take my business elsewhere.
