I was impressed with the friendly service, it seemed very busy and one teller was getting yelled at but kept a smile on her face and continued to be very helpful, atleast as far as I can tell. The teller that helped me was very nice. I stopped banking at the other bank and started here!

Customer service staff was phenomenal. Super friendly and helpful with all my banking needs. A personable and funny staff with a dedicated and professional bank manager. It is obvious the entire staff works hard to make sure the customers have an enjoyable and memorable banking experience. 10/10 overall.

I have wanted to talk to someone about my finances as well as Disabilty Insurance but did not know who to turn to. I made a couple of calls but was not happy with the answers I got to my questions. This branch is quite the warmest, most welcoming, not to mention efficient with a capital E I have EVER entered and btw I'm 84 so
this is REALLY SAYING SOMETHING.

I have had nothing but the best attention when I do my banking at Leslie and Lakeshore branch. Anurag was serving me as I had lost my debit card. He inquired why I don't use on line banking. Being a senior I am afraid to do anything new. He proceeded to show me how easy it was and got me started. He was so kind and patient and determined to teach me. He even helped me with an e transfer. This is my 3rd review of this bank. Always willing to help and walk away feeling I have learned something.
