Dave from Crowe Mechanical is a wonderful employee. He really knows his stuff. We just had Enbridge here today and they said... "Oh, you had Dave from Crowe Mechanical do the work. It's good you had him. He knows what he's doing. Many times we have to come out numerous times to get things fixed before we approve the work done." I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning. We told them we had no heat in our home due to our old furnace break down and they did all they could to book us in ASAP. Their technicians were punctual, professional and clean.
