I met both Drs, K & S and found them very knowledgeable and compassionate. To be fair, the receptionist is also very thorough and helpful. I believe all medical offices charge a missed appt fee but not a cancellation fee as noted in one of the comments on this page and this makes sense as there r many pts awaiting to be given an appt while some others neglect to show up to their confirmed appt. The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.
