I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

These people are angles. After having gone to other car mechanics I ended up at Art's Automotive more then 7 years ago. I just came back from them again and I must tell you how great they were. Went in because multiple mechanics were recommending I go see a transmission specialist. For two years this tranny was slipping and stalling at stop signs, mechanic said I needed a new transmission from donor truck. Went into Benz, they spent a day analyzing the problem, checking leaks and stalling issues, as well as tough cold starts. Topped up fluids and flushed it, found the level ridiculously low. So mechanics all tried to get me to replace a tranny, that just saved me $5000, bill was $67.

I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.
