They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. We are very pleased with the awesome service provided.

Checked 3 other stores for an ipod rechargable player that was on sale before Christmas and no one had one . One store checked the warehouse and said there was none available but Heather that works at that store was the only one to call and see when it would be in .She told me and i was able to get before Christmas.Bigger is not always better.

Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more! The staff, be it by email, phone or in person, were professional & knowledgeable & keen to assist with a tricky mirror cut without hesitation. The super nice fellas even went out of their way to both pick up & return the mirror as I was physically unable to drive. THAT is above & beyond what most businesses would do.
