My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired. The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle). The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected. Overall it was a great experience. Lire plus

My SUV back window was vandalized and severely cracked. The wind over the weekend had blown most of the glass into my vehicle. Went into speedy on Saturday to repair my rearview mirror that had fallen off. I tried to repair it myself and surprisingly to no one but myself did it wrong. They informed me they could repair my mistake for $15. I thought that was a great price as it cost me $10 to do it wrong. Me and my two sons waited about 5 minutes and the repair was done. We were informed that there would be no charge and I should take the boys out for ice cream with the $15 I saved. Small acts of kindness like this need to be recognized.
