We've been to the Granite Brewery a number of times as the food is always fantastic with generous portions. In addition to the delicious food, they have a good selection of their own brews. We especially enjoyed their Ringwood, a delightful blonde. There are different atmospheres for different tastes, but at the Granite Brewery they have several to choose from. Two excellent patios, a bar, and a family restaurant area, all designed for comfort. The rear patio looks particularly amazing, but as it was raining, we'll just have to wait until next time to try it out. It should also be noted that the Granite Brewery has free parking with easy access. The Granite Brewery gets our highest recommendation and we will be back soon. Lire plus

We have eaten at the Quarry for many years, usually for breakfast, but occasionally for lunch and dinner. We used too live a walk's distance away, but even though we've moved from the neighborhood still drop down. It's decent food, good portions and we've always found, good service. We have found that on events such as Mothers or Fathers days there will be lineup, but you generally don't have to wait to long to seated. My only criticism, is that they could use 1 more serving staff in the morning on these occasions. That being said, meals seem to get to you in not too bad a time. And......they keep that coffee cup filled up. I'm going to address what I read in the other thread on this place. Like I said, I have been to the Quarry many times and have seen countless children there in my visits . I have 2 children (teenagers now) that we have taken there since they were infants. They, and us, were always made to feel welcome, and valued customers. I don't doubt the women's story, but never have I seen anything like it happen. Lire plus

Excellent meal. Service was great - waitress was fun and checked on us every so often to see how we were doing. Food? Delicious! My burger was great, and the rest of my family thought good of the restaurant as well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The old-fashioned chalkboard written deals and combos scattered across the restaurant felt like good-old home. I tell you all, this is my new FAVORITE place to eat. I had a bite of chicken fingers, too -- HeAvEnLy! If you decide to dine here, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it! Had dinner there on a Sunday night recently. I have walked by many times not realizing how nice the dining room was. There is a fun bar area up front that I noticed walking by , but I wasn't expecting such a nice room in back. Started with oysters, followed by a veal dish.
