Walmart Magasin

I went to the Walmart pharmacy at 5400 Jean -Talon , Montreal and showed them a photo of an ointment with Vitamin A & D that I wanted to buy. The first employee showed me A&D tablets, even though I clearly said it was an ointment. I then asked another person for help, and she sent me to a third employee. When I showed her the same picture, she strangely asked me, “What’s inside the box?” — which didn’t make sense since I had never bought it before. I felt disrespected as a customer. No one made

careless customer service and rude employees.

Aucune mesure de distanciation, du nombre de client. Aucun panier n’étaient disponibles, l’employé à l entrée à renvoyer les clients chercher un panier à l extérieur...qui ne sont pas désinfectés! Impossible de circuler dans le magasin en sécurité. Un gros zéro!

I ordered minigo yogurt yesterday and delivered today but they give me that will expire in 3 days.

Dont do pick up there. They drop calls and just make you wait.

WalMart sur Décarie est le pire WalMart sur la planète. Les affaires sont désordonnés, sales, trainent par terre, les prix indiqués sont faux. Il n'y a aucune fois où je me suis présenté à la caisse et le prix indiqué était le même à la caisse. Le service est lamentable, le personnel est bête comme ses pieds. Une horreur!!!!

I share the same comments. Customer service is very bad.

I called Electronics department to ask if they have something, I was put on hold for 30 minutes. When I called Customer Service, and just said:"Hello, I just called Electronic Department ..." I was interrupted and transferred to the same person, and guess what? Another 15 minutes. Avoid this Walmart, as they have no idea what is customer service and how it looks. Walmart at Boulevard Cote Vertu.

Normalement je fais mes courses a Maxi , mais j y suis aller un jour , les caissières ne sont pas si accueillante que ca , j avais bcp de sac et un jeune homme avec un gilet orange s est prêté volontiers pour m aider . 6 sur 10
